DD from day one. Got it in May at 28,000 miles, I have now put on an additional 10,000 miles. Such great MPG, in addition to the daily commute, we take it everywhere. Great car. 1999 Torch Red Coupe A4.
Daily driver is my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. However, weather permitting, I drive my 2003 Corvette. Yeah, I could drive it in the rain, just don't want to.
Daily drove my first two C5's. This FRC is only for weekends and occasional get-togethers. At 31 years old, I'd like her to last as long as me. Not wear her out in 5 years like I did my 2nd C5.
My Daily Driver is either a Full blown work truck or my
2008 Dodge Ram Hemi Bighorn 4x4 with a 6 Psi Procharger.

Our daily drivers here are two hybrids. First is a 2006 Prius which the other family members now use while mine is a 2011 Camry Hybrid. Both were bought with every option available and we love them both! The only other car I enjoy driving more than these is my 2001 coupe.
For the hybrids, the biggest factor on fuel mileage is the outside temperature. Year round avg for the Prius is right at 50 mpg and the Camy Hybrid is 40.5 mpg. The fuel mileage for both is slightly better in summer and slightly worse in winter. The reason for this is the computers will run the gas engine more in winter even when it is not needed to maintain normal operating temp of the engine as the gas motor cools off quickly when running on electric only in colder temperatures.
