Default acrylic letters

I am thinking of acrylic letters front and back
on my torch red 03 coupe. Need input on color, thinking black,
chrome and even red. Any input and pictures would be
appreciated. I am looking at the ones corvette central sells
My interior is black. Also doing nothing is an option
Thanks in advance for your opinion

Wouldn't do red - kind of pointless on a TR car IMO. Either go with black or chrome.

There may be a few responses suggesting you paint your own indents with special car spray paint. Ther eis a "How To" on the Forum and may guys did it to their C6. What color are your wheels? I would match the color acrylic to that.

My ride is Arctic White and that si what I will do.

I have the chrome on my Pewter Vette and I like it, It really depens on your theme, Black would look good as long as you don't have any chrome on the car.
Just me 2 cents.

I agree with Mr. Bill. I chose black because it goes with my theme. The only chrome on my car are the tail pipes (even though they are dirty right here).

If you don't have any other chrome on the car, I'd go with black.

But if you have some chrome here and there, I'd go chrome

I went with the raised chrome look, because my wheels are polished, but some day the wheels will be black so not to sure which way to go then, probably just stay chrome letters

I have had my acrylic ones on for years without any issue and this is a daily driver year round (meaning I wash it a LOT). It's all in the prep. The vinyl sticker type ones have been known to peel though.

Do they come in a brushed aluminum style? That might look good with your silver wheels!

Torch red here with dark red (maroon?) letters. I wanted them to blend nicely and not stand out too much. Looks more like it came that way to me. They are just die cut vinyl I think, and have been on my daily driver for 5 years now through all kinds of weather. Still look great!

Not a great pic, but here ya go.

Mine's Mag Red but I have stainless steel letters.

No danger of them falling off providing you prep the paint first. I used denatured alcohol and the primer that came with the letters.
