This was just wrong
One of the guys from the local Corvette club was without his usual ride on Thursday night at our gathering of gear heads. Turns out the title to his vette was in his OR his soon to be ex wifes name so when he wasn't looking she sold his car out from under him. Unbelievable !!!! Be careful how you title your cars folks.

ok guys in florida you can have the title listed in both names but the or designates the ability for either party to sell without consent of the other. It was a big saver when the elderly population would have a spouse die and want to sell the vehicle. Guess it can backfire when the living parties fall out of grace with each other.
