I commute to work about an hour and some change and on the way home today I saw about a dozen corvettes along the drive. Every single one was a C5 It was a nice clear day in Eastern North Carolina makes me wish I would of drove mine. You may see a few C4s and more C6 but none were out today!

Very good scenery for sure. Yeah, too bad you did not drive yours. You could have done some serious waves.
My son is at Camp Lejeune. He drives a black GTO with the 6.0 engine and a 6 speed manual tranny. Fun car. Stay safe out there and thank you for your service.

Don't recall seeing any Vettes today, but all I've seen lately is a few C5s and C6s - nothing older.

Camp Lejeune must be a different place since I was last stationed there from 76-78. But I did enjoy the number of roads around there and the 17 or so tickets I helped fund the City with.

Another beautiful day today so I drove mine. I have been in this area since 98 and it has changed (grown) alot over the years. But still plenty of roads to test my shift light on but try not to fund the cities projects through my driving

Ah...the beauty of living in Florida....year round driving. Usually see a gaggle of C6's (funny though most won't wave) a number of C5's and C4's, a few C3's and an ocassional C2 or C1 on a weekly basis. Was sitting next to a '58 (red with white coves) at a light day before yesterday. The red was fading and might have been the original paint. It was a very nice contrast to my black 2000 coupe though.

Most guys in the C5s and C6s wave, I don't see many of the other generations....However there is one dark blue C6 in town that has some rather large chrome wheels on it, I didn't care for the looks of it or the way the driver was driving it...I'm sure it sees zero maintenance.

I drove mine to work. Ah the beauty of having a nice parking garage and getting to work early to pick my favorite spot.

Gonna be sixty tomorrow. I also heard earlier we are expecting a mild winter and they updated that the other day and said we are still on course for it to be mild.

Last year was a mean cold snowy winter here. Didn't warm up until late May.
