Tough decision for sure. Not tough when your buddy wants 60k though. I made my decision to stay with my c5z cause I new I would have to tinker with the c6z (another 8k) plus when parked side by side with a c6z I just couldn't justify the extra 20-25k.
I know many people who have had stock bottom end supercharged LS6's... And when babied then yes... They will run forever... But when you start driving it to its full potential on a regular basis, things start breaking.. I've seen this happen over and over with different tuners. There would be no need for forged bottom ends if these LS6's were so bullet proof. But maybe yours is that one in a million!

I never said anything about abusing the car, instead that is what you inferred. Of course forged is better----did ANYONE ever say otherwise?
