DeeGee, did you use the upgraded high wattage kit? The price jumps significantly from the standard when changing from the 55/60 watt option.
To clearly understand, the standard kit includes the improved glass sealed beam lens buckets?
Apologies for the late reply.
I bought the high wattage kit but I've only ever used low wattage bulbs. They work OK for me and even though the roads here are narrow, I don't often drive at night. Whichever bulb you use the light is much better focussed.

I'd say pay the $$ and decide later.
is there a visible difference, from the driver's point of view, between the 35 and 55 w bulbs?

I have the H4 55W/60s and they work OK on the backroads in England - way better than the Camaro. The high wattage are 90/135s so may be quite bright on a rural road for an opposing driver even though the cut off is quite good.

This is a comparison shot of the Euro T84 housings using the high-wattage kit vs, the Original Light cannons using a 6000K 35w HID bulb.
T84:
Light Cannon
Both:
The T84 is defiantly useable and has a nice pattern, but you're using almost 3 times the power to make the same amount of light. In addition, you're having to run large relay harnesses and you have the same issues with halogen bulbs relatively short lifespan.

I have tried all kinds of options, Installed HID's in my stock housings and that was ok at best, I tried Silverstars and that was ok, Now I run the ACA projectors with HID and they have a nice cut-off and work great. Mr.Bill
Are those plug and play Mr B or do I have to do some mods to connect them...thanks

I have had the 90/135's installed for several years now and when I hit the high-beams it looks like a small aircraft is landing. I drive the car every day and 90% of my miles are at night and (so far) have not had to even replace a bulb. If I had it to do over, I would buy the exact same kit.
Big plus is even the high beams do not bother on-coming traffic due to the pattern.
