I have this one as well. Except it's orange and I found it at Harbor Freight for cheap. I've been using it for over a year with no problems. It's the lowest 2 ton jack I've seen and it's proven itself time after time.
I still use jack stands though. Never rely on the jack only.
This jack can get under the back of the car with plenty of room for a brace protector, but if you want to get under the front, you're still going to need ramps or something. I've tried numerous ways to get that jack under there, and it's simply not long enough to get under without hitting the body panels.
yep, I made those braces for front and rear and I also made the "mini" ramps to drive up on to raise the car up a tad.
I also have a website saved that sells the actual braces. They're hard to find for some reason. I'm going to eventually get some but it seems I'm always spending money somewhere else so for now I use the homemade ones. I was skeptical at first on jacking the car up in the center of the 2x6 but it worked fine.
Can you get under the front without the help of anything else raising the car up??

A quote from the original thread that discussed it: "The Omega 29023 (ATD-7325) is so low that you can roll it under the front of a C6 (to reach the front preferred jacking points) without driving the front wheels up on boards at all, without the cross beam adapter in place... the cross beam can be put on the jack after the jack is in position, just reach over from the side of the car... just barely makes it though, you need to bend your air dam a bit to really get things lined up perfectly... or just drive the front wheels up on a few strips of plywood and it'll be a breeze."
