How about a nice coat of some Mothers. Ehh vette bras are ugly. The only bra near my vette better be with long legs and blonde hair. I guess you can look into that clear plastic material. It is supposed to go rite over the paint and look like notheing is there.

I agree, they are ugly, but not as ugly as stone chips. Was looking at the clear plastic stuff also, but it isn t in my budget, will just lather it up with more Mequires I guess.

If you want a bra, I would sugest the GM one, It is priced right and works well, About 80 bucks.

I agree with Mr. Bill. It saved my front for years. Love to show my fellow Vettes the battle scar after a long cruise. Here's mine ready to enter track with the GM bra which held on at 140+ on the speedway.

I too would recommend the GM bra. Been running one on each of my C5s and it offers great protection, has not damaged the paint, easy on/off and best of all reasonable in price (about $80 from gmpartshouse.com).

I have had the GM bra for about 4 years now. It offers great protection, is easy to use and does not vibrate or move at speed at all, like some of them do. I have had small rocks and debris hit it at high speed and do not have any chips or scratches on the front of the car.

Where is the "official" GM Bra manufactured these days? I know they have moved it around since the C5 run. Mexico, China, Taiwan, etc. as there was talk a few years ago about fit and quality changing as well.

Mine said Made in Mexico... man the thing is tight... had to put a little portable heater up next to it to get it to stretch around, fits nice. Wish i had done it years ago.

Well.... I have to say I didn't, Partshouse. $80+$54 shipping,+13%to get it across the creek,+ broker duties, so was looking at $175. min... called my local GM dealer, and couldn t believe it, $127. out the door and had it next day.Not trying to slight Gene Culley at all,he has some good pricing, do a little leg work is all I can say.

A bit off-topic... for temporary protection, this stuff looks very promising:

Looks promising, however it will take a big leap of faith for me to start rolling this on my Corvette.

I have an 02 C5 and use a Speed Lingerie bra and ears covers. The color is exact and you "almost" can't tell that there is a nose bra.
