The shortest, full-width splitters come from Quik Z06. They have the C5R and Vortex. Mine's the Vortex. Lowered all the way on stock bolts, I have 4-1/2 inches of clearance in front.

Another vote for vortex.
The Ground clearance on flat surfaces is the same as it would be with the factory, however the ground clearance forward of the center air dam is about 1-1.5" less than without. Just keep in mind approach angles and you'll be fine.
