ANY type of surgery that's not a life saving procedure should be avoided, especially if your not spring chicken anymore.
Sometimes it's just better to be satisfied with what God gave you. But, pose the question to your wife and see which she wants to do.

Save your money. Enjoy your wife and the car the way they are. No sense taking a chance of ruining a good thing. (mods tend to break down over time)

You said "She is beautiful, in great shape"! What more do you and her need? Besides 34B naturals are nicer then the fake ones and are safer and healthier.

Today she wants her breasts augmented. But down the road, might she want something on you augmented (just to even out the bio upgrades)?

It's easy to reverse the supercharger install - with no visible evidence. Not so when cutting into the human body. Diamonds are forever, and so are scars.

As I get older, my wife's running gear isn't so important to me as what is inside her head (which after 35 years I still happen to like very much). She and I agreed long ago we liked each other just as we are...no changes needed. So...no augmentation for her, no hair implants for me.

Let your bride choose...with a full understanding of the down-the-road consequences to her physical appearance of augmentation surgery.

Exactly! I do love her the way she is and always will. She came into our marriage saying this; it was never my idea. I told her if that is what she wants I'd support her and if not I'll think she is sexy just how she is. IF she does it (which I bet she won't) it will be her decision. Funny thing too was that SHE was the one that said something about a blower on the C5. She's always been a horsepower/car freak and was the one who talked me into buying the Corvette. Yes, she is a wonderful woman and I'm a lucky, lucky man.

If I had to guess I'd say there was a 25% chance she'd ever get the surgery and more than a 50% chance we'll supercharge the car one day. For now we are really enjoying it being stock since non-modded cars do typically tend to require less maintenance and have less breakage issues that modded ones.

It was just a funny conversation if you had to choose ONE and something I thought I'd share. GREAT comments by the way; some of them have made me laugh out loud today.

34B is more than a mouthful. Put the $8k in the car (or bank!).

Find a woman that had her breast done 8 to 10 years ago and let your wife ask her opinion. I bet she would not get it done.

Hey Tar Heel.. I didn't read anything about whether or not she has had children or not.. If she has or hasn't I know a lot of women dream of having this done as some fellas dream of having a corvette to polish on and whatnot. I would just go ahead and do the augmentation now and watch her permagrin set in when you tell her. She obviously would be so elated. I have a feeling you would be able to do whatever to your vette you want from there on out. Seems like(from the way you talked about her)that her happiness would no doubt make you feel great inside too.. Aside from the fact that everyone loves BOOBIES! haha! Seriously though. Kudos for sharing and looks like your household has a couple choice mods on the way!

Okay, the first rule of the corvette forum is that if you ask questions like this, you have to post pics (of the Vette and the wife)...

My wife always talked about enhancements since we were first married but wanted to wait until after we had kids. I got the Vette before we had kids and it worked out to get the supercharger before the enhancements. She waited until the right time and got her enhancements too.

So now I have a very happy wife and I still get to enjoy the vette with its 600+rwhp.

Life sure is good sometimes!

Happy wife, Happy life...
Get tatas for the wife. Nitrous for the Vette. Best of both worlds.
