What do both of these options say to her? She might see it as:
If you want supercharger it says "I'm happy with you but the car could be better"
If you want the jumblies it says "I'm happy with the car but you could be better"
If she's feeling uncomfortable about her self a few good words regularly will likely go a lot further than $8k in surgery. Better to have a long conversation about surgery before you do anything....
