If you have a black vette, I never had any luck with adams. Always had a film on it the next day after waxing...Then I would wipe it off and a couple days later, The film would be back... I now use zaino products......Very wet deep shine looking......

Most of the answers posted have nothing to do with drying the C5....
So, I'll chime in: I use a silicone blade (with paper towel or cloth to periodically wipe the blade) to remove most of the water. Then I use an electric leaf blower to blast away the remaining amount. Anything left gets wiped off with a terry towel.
Now as a wax or protective coating, I use ReJex - best stuff I've ever used, and I've tried many over the years.
