Why would anybody buy stuff from them? They always have the highest prices than the other vette vendors. I'm amazed anybody spends money with them.

They started out by saying my credit card was credited for the cost of the jacket. What about the shipping, i asked. Sorry, we dont do that. I said, get your supervisor on the line. After being on hold for 5 minutes, the rep came back and said, we'll give you $15 back. Not quite the $21 they owe me, but i guess something is better than nothing. The bottom line is, "buyer beware".
That's a serious backorder.. I probably would've cancelled after a couple of months. Never had any problems with them either, but I'm sure there's a story to tell (from someone) about any vendor out there. At least it's over for you and you got your refund.

This statement that you are making now don't mean anything now. These type of companies only react like this after you go public about their behavior and you are playing right into it by making these updated remarks. A good company takes care of the problem without any pressure being put on them and this company has repeatedly shown that they will try to get away with anything until they are pressured by public pressure. There are too many negative comments to be able to trust this company and there are a lot of good alternative companies to deal with. Let them go away !
