Write them a check when it's done and forget to sign it or future date it and say you'll be back when you have time....

 

So then the other day it is finally finished.they ask if i would like to test drive it since its a high profile car.sure.as im driving there is an extremely loud clicking noise from the rear driver tire.like its timed with a rotation.so im going then the car dies.i pull over and low battery.i call the shop and thy send someone with a jump box.no hope.it has twelve volts.its cranks but when i push the gas it dies.so im figuring bad gas.the a hole service manager would not let me go get gas and he has it towed.and now they r saying i am going to have to pay for that tow.it gets to the shop and sits there another three days until they get to it.they r telling me one of the fuel pumps.i tell them it started fine before it got here and it started fine when they first looked at it.but.they said i will have a fee now.so then it sits another week and now its sitting outside.not even in the shop.i finally had it.i walked in and asked them the price and he said eight hundred.i asked if i can get cheaper and he said no.i said its been here two months and it needs to be cheaper.he said that thy will look at it but no promises which means a no.so i asked about why it won't turn on and thy said i will have to buy a pump and i said that it didn't have that problem before and he said so.so i asked why is it outside and its cause they have appointments which i then got a little loud that my car has been here longer.two months and it may be another week before they can even look at it again.i just walked out.so i took my car that turned on fine but had a bad torque tube.now it.had a tube but won't turn on.

 

I would call up the bbb

 

Ugh this situation sounds extremely frustrating. Since your tranny and everything else is still in the car apparently tow it somewhere else get it out of that place if you must pay the extra labor at a dealer *smh*
