Now there is a case for classic auto insurance where the cars were actually parked in a show just where they are not supposed to get damaged.

People who have their attention on anything other than driving are a danger to themselves and everyone else on the road, texting while driving is just as bad as driving drunk.

Fact out the pic

Every time I see this pic, I feel the need to point out a fact that many people overlook. There is a red "spot" on the back door of the semi trailer....yeah....that's was the drivers head. This person was decapitated by this accident, and there is a full article on this. It points out that the drivers head created the mark on the trailer door.

Texting, email, Facebook, twitter, etc is all legal while driving.

I actually sold my bike because I was too nervous of other people after someone almost drove over me one day. I used the cash to buy my vette and never looked back.

There are probably 5 accidents in my small town of 7-10k people daily on our main roads.

The prison's warden and his wife were run over and both killed recently by someone in a Suburban when it crossed the center line and ran them over.
They had a daughter that graduated high school the day before.

People are stupid.

Yea... I was also pointed out in the thread that I started that there is an arm to the left of it as well. I didn't know it at the time but if you do look hard enough you can see it.

This was the thread that I started awhile back.

Yes, texting/talking on the cell phone is a danger to all. Don't know about the rest of you, but I've seen this pic enough times.

I didn't know any of this either..... I saw it for the first time today on facebook. I was focused on the texting fact. I didn't try to examine the pic for body parts.

I am deleting this picture now that the above has been pointed out to me.

My sincere apologies.

UPDATE .... I deleted the image from photobucket and I deleted the original link in the #1 post, but the image still shows up under a quoted post in post #22 and I don't know how to delete that one.

FORUM MEMBER NAMED DBF .... Can you please delete that image in your post #22 by just hitting the edit button and deleting everything there. Now that we know what this picture is all about and the gory details, I think it's appropriate to delete the image as I have done on my end... I sent DBF a Private Message also to this effect.

"Voice to text" is the way to go.... That's what I use when I really have to. Prefer not to though .

The pic that started this thread was created before texting ever came along.

No, texting while driving has been made a crime in some states. It is in TN.
