I'm assuming that you did the most practical thing and called them to try to receive your information?

This doesn't sound right at all. You sure you even have the right email address?

I dealt with these guys for months when I had my A&A kit installed and communication was never an issue, ever.

Got E Mail addresses directly off of their web site. Google them and you will find mixed reviews. Hope this is just a fluke will see today hopefully.

I used Speed Inc years ago to tune a few of my cars. I think their level of service has declined sharply. I wouldn't give them my business now.

Just ordered valve springs and a few other things from them last month, they messed up my order but it was resolved quickly. Customer service seems to be a rarity these days unless you're spending $$$

Some of these speed shops gets by for years on earlier reputations. Later the service and reputation gets so half ***, you have to do business someplace else.

Same here. I've been dealing with them for years and they are always fast to communicate and answer any questions/concerns I may have.

Sometimes its just a simple miscommunication issue... plus, also keep in mind its summer and most speed shops are swamped.

Myself, Speed Inc did my A&A install and tune and it ran great for almost 5 years until I decided to go all motor.

This past winter they pulled my A&A kit out and installed my LS7. I couldnt be happier with how the entire experience went.

I'm only interested in my own personal experience, and it was fine. Communication was never an issue. I got my car back from them in June, so it's not like it was years ago.

Maybe dealing with the shop is fine ordering parts I do not know that I will do again. It is bad when it takes E mails to president two customer service reps three times as well as 1 phone call to find out 7 days later the status of a order. Customer service needs HELP. I have ordered from several vendors here and this is a first like this. At least my personal expierience.

you cant please everyone, every single speed shop has some kind of complaint..to the guy who said thier head lsx guy left for ams so what. he left becuase he thought it be best for him simple as that. i would quote him more on a head lt1 guy than anything. all thier staff is very knowledgable on lsx cars.

my opinion and experience with speed inc. has been A++++++ all day long. never an issue, hands down very competitive in thier prices. AMS will not come close to what speed inc. will charge nor will AMS will price match. they should stick to what they know best and thats dsm's, evo's and subaru's. If i had an evo or a dsm or gtr id def. go there but for lsx/ltx hands down speed inc. is the best place ive ever taken my car to get serviced or worked on.

you cant just say why do u think he left speed etc etc when you dont know the truth, there is no bad blood between larry or tom they still talk. larry did what he thought was better for him.

to the op if you have a problem just call them directly ask to speak to tom, great guy to deal with and sometimes there will be a problem and im 100% sure he will do his best to make it right.

Speed Inc is a great shop. Done business with them for years. Although, I usually only delt with Larry when he was there. That guy is A+ all around. Too bad he went to AMS (I believe).
