Bam. Done. I agree it takes a lot of time to run a site like this, so with that, I'm happy to contribute. I've already had fun here, and I'm sure that will continue.

The information on this forum has saved me thousands, not to mention the peace of mind of knowing that any issues that come up can be tackled with everyone's help
After almost 10 years on the Forum I pulled the trigger and did the Lifetime Membership a month ago. A small give back for all of the advice, information and smiles the Forum has provided me!

Indeed... After my first year on here, I found it so valuable and fun, did the Lifetime Membership also.
It's not that those of us who haven't signed up are cheapskates. In the early days the Forum was run by enthusiasts but it became a commercial organization a few years ago. Many of us still contribute but with time and accumulated knowledge rather than $$

Hey DeeGee I have seen all your contibutions and agree...you have put in time and time is money.... and the Forum has become so big I would think commercialization was the only way to keep it alive considering the costs of servers, bandwidth and maintenance

Everyone pretty much hit the nail on the head with this thread! The time and money saved simply because of the amount of enthusiasts on this Forum is impressive. I have learned so much as a new Corvette owner and was happy to upgrade to a Lifetime Supporting member just now. I have been putting it off, for what reason I don't know but it is done now!

........and your "time and accumulated knowledge" has helped me in a numbe of situations. DeeGee, you're the perfect example of the benefit we receive from the Forum. Many Thanks!
