Well it's a little too early to speculate, but I remember reading about when the C5 was being drawn up, the styling teams did a lot of "Feedback" gathering from present and past Corvette owners to get a feel for what a "Corvette" should look like. But like renown98 states, if the current designers are pretty true to life, then this is my last Corvette. I don't like the present Camaro, and if it's going now have a fiberglass big brother, then I think that's where the Corvette stops and the Camaro starts.
The most recent speculative rendering I saw a few days ago left me with only 2 major reservations: squared off tail lights (Camaro like) and the overall silhouette reminded me of certain recent front engine Ferraris. I think the 599 is one of them. (can't keep track of their models.)

Write them a letter but it will most likely be like spitting in the wind. The only way to really send them a message I'm afraid is to not buy the car if you really don't like it. Honestly, I did not like the C5 when it first came out, but two years later my perspective had changed and I ordered a '99. Same with the C6 - wasn't sure I really liked it but now, I think it is a fine looking car. Give the guys a chance before condeming the car - it might just turn out to be a real hit.
All ther handwringing and sobbing won't change anything at this point.
Newly revamped Corvettes sell well and mostly to folks that are more concerned with impressing their neighbors than what they are dirving. A few of these 'gotta be first' types become die hard Vette fans, others sell them as soon as the new wears off. There are also a few dedicated Vette fans that need to feed themselves with the latest as soon as it hits the showroom. Me, I let those folks take the $30,000 hit, then I decide if I want a slighlty used one...
Is there anyway we can contact them for they dont ruin the new C7?
If you read the book " All Corvettes Are Red " The company don't even listen to their company experts without a never ending battle, costing the company millions. Why would they listen to the people that buy their cars ?
