New Vette Owner
Hi all,
I've been a fan of Corvettes for as long as I can remember. I decided to take a trip from Jacksonville, Fl to Louisville,Ky to visit a friend. While there I stumbled upon a 2000 C5. It was super clean with great miles imo (59k) and had all the options I wanted (6 spd, targa, and HUD). I test drove it twice the same day and after the second test drive I negotiated a price and signed the paperwork. Man am I glad I took that trip! These cars are AWESOME! On the 13 hour trip back to Jax I averaged 29.5 mpg! Just wanted to introduce myself. If anyone is in the Jacksonville, Fl area let me know.

Kinda did the same thing when I bought mine - went to NJ for mother-in-laws 70th bday and bought at Kerbeck in Atlantic City!!!
