This is what came from the GMVIS report. One dealer said the info was purged from the system, but someone else from the forum was able to come through. Gene was able to send me the same thing.
Looks like it shows an alternator replacement as well?

Well, I bought it! 
I took a drive to look at the car, and didn't find anything majorly wrong with it. There was some minor interior wear, some scrapes on the air dam, othe minor things... but things that I was comfortable with.
Hopefully this thing treats me well!
