Floor Jacks
I'm in the market for a floor jack for my 02 vert. Has to be low profile obviously, any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I jsut got an Arcan xlt2 jack, its on the large side but it will go from 2.75" to 24" with something like 15" of reach before it gets above 2.75". I havent used it much but from my initial experience it appears to be a very nice jack. But if you are looking for something that you need to carry around then this isnt it because its comes in just below 100#.

I also have a Arcan like m6 c5. Love mine, but they are heavy.

A mere 2 5/8 " low saddle height!!! You can't beat it but it is not in Aluminum to my knowledge.

I have this one too. Little awkward to carry in one hand, but not bad.

I have a light, inexpensive Harbor Freight racing jack.
And love it.

I bought two so I can lift the entire front or back end up at once to slip jack stands underneath. Makes for a quick way to get the car up in the air.

Harbor freight 1.5 ton aluminum #68053. If you look around there are coupons out there for $59.99. I got two and had no problems.

Bought a Harbor Freight Model 68050 Low Profile , High lift, Rapid pump. A little more expensive than other models,. but good quality, fits well under frame. Also bought hockey pucks to put in lift cup to raise it up over cup lip.
