These wagon wheels look way better than some high priced jobs I've seen on some C5'S. and those thin spokes are fugly as well. Now I don't claim a wagon wheel is a great looking wheel but seriously, some after market wheels I've seen are worse.

For whatever reason GM has decided to put some of the ugliest wheels ever created on a vtette. I don't know why. The best looking wheels are on the 89-91 vette. I think they call them salad shooters, I may be wrong.

I think the C5Z wheels look great. I also think the C5 mag wheels look really good too. The thin spokes ain't bad and I don't think the wagon wheels are the worst either. Nope, if I was to have to choose which Corvette came with the worst wheels it would be this one:

In passing, a poster here once said these wheels were popular with auto crossers because of strength and weight . I would like to know the specifics , or where to find them, if you do.

The wheels on my car , what I assume are the chrome wagon wheels , must have come from an earlier model.

I always thought I would return the car to normal 2003 wheels, although these have a nice pop against a black car. I would keep them as an upgrade, and as a part of the car's history if I knew enough about them to consider them as an upgrade.

Thanks
In case you are interested I have a like new set 17/18 of 5 spoke polished aluminum wheels that I would like to sell. Complete with working sensors. The 17" fronts will include a pair of Hnakook ventus v12's in excellent condition.

1999 chrome GM wagon wheels I understood the grey ww's could be sent back to GM and swapped for chrome @ $320. per wheel. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. There is more chrome on one of these rims than on four thinspokes
