I'm going to change up my front emblem, not debadging it and not changing emblems but modifying what's already there... I think it's going to look good but it might offend some of the politically correct that frequent this section
That's what I did. If the holes weren't there, the front emblem would've been eliminated like the rear one was. A little less to clean around now.

haha that's funny!... that's exactly what I did, I have never seen it before and thought it would be something different... I was going to use a c6 emblem but after looking at them carefully I didn't like the flags of the c6 emblem but didn't like the circle around the flags on the c5 emblem so that's what got me thinking... I'm not going to use an american flag on it like yours but I am going to get one of the guys I work with to put a light layer of tint on it to make it appear smoked... even if the holes were not there I think it would look better the way you have your emblem, it looks awesome
I like the slick no badge/trim look, have done it with a number of my cars in the past, usually when having the cars painted. Don't like left over outlines/holes though. My vette still has the doodads 'cause paint is still beautiful. Maybe some day....
.....well we all have an opinion..I think it de-values the car, I wouldn't buy it. Also besides that IMHO it's the best looking most icononic badge on an american car period.
Debadged mine and replaced it with my own symbol "Volk" or "Wolf" which is the name of the car. This is the best pic I have that you can see the symbol, I can take anoter if yall want to see it better
