99 Vert - A few weeks ago my sensor told me me that I have 0 pressure in my RR tire. But it looked fine. so I put a few lbs of air in to satisfy. Then I got a message saying too much pressure on RR tire. so I let air out and was good to go. Yesterday I get the message againsaying 0 pressure but it looks fine. my manual guage can't get a reading but the tire looks fine. Bought the care 10 years ago used and I have never replaced the sensors. Is it time?
Could be. I have had a similar problem, with one of my sensors on a 2002 periodically giving an xx reading. I re-set it, after checking the air pressure (which is always OK), and keep on going.
But just in case, I have already bought 4 new monitors from GM Parts House, and will install them when I get my next set of tires.

Have you checked with a tire pressure gauge?
Are they run-flat tires? If so, they won't ever look flat. They are made so you can drive on them for a short time with no air. If you are unsure, you might take it to a tire shop and ask them to check it out. Chances are, the sensor is not wrong. I've not heard of them giving errant readings after giving good readings, and so forth. It's more likely your tire is going flat. (not good). They can wear really fast that way so get it resolved.
Also, the batteries in these do not go dead and then find enough energy to get undead, like might happen with a alkaline battery. When these are dead, they are really dead.
I used the manual tire gauge and nothing registered. I also tried to put air into the tire but it seemd to act like it wasn't taking any air. Maybe I'll just take it to a tire shop.
heres another something. I've only had the new chrome rims for about 6 months - I got rid of the wagon wheels.
