The only OEM 99 wheels will fit your 2003. Commonly known as wagon wheels. they're all over Ebay. I think I read somewhere they weigh about 23 to 25 pounds each

The earlier models had "wagon wheels" stock, and the later models had "thinspoke" wheels stock. Z06's of course had Z06 dualspoke wheels.
People generally prefer the thinspokes over the wagon wheels... They're both the same size. The Z06 wheels are bigger, but will fit non-Z06 Vettes.
A set of factory wheels comes up for sale probably at least once a week on the for sale forum. I've seen them for sale locally on craigslist quite a bit too.

has his eye on a 99 with major curb rash on all 4 wheels.
That being said I actually think they look ok compared to
some of the after market garbage I see on here. In
