The wagon wheels are not the most popular wheel out there for the C5. I'd say a really nice set would be worth around $200-250. Ones with any curb rash or other appearance blemishes would drop in price accordingly.

I tried selling my '99 wheels with under 30k miles and nearly perfect. I was asking $200 and did not get a single call.
I put some junk free tires on them and sold them the next day for $400. Who would guess that?
The wagon wheels don't sell very well and there are a lot of them out there, so it is tough to get very much from them.

If you're talking "Wagon wheels" I'd say that they're worth very very little. Someone might take them off your hands for use as a track wheel.

If you're looking to sell them, try the VW forums. Somebody here at CF recently posted a picture of a late model VW, a Golf, maybe, with the "wagon wheels" on it, and mentioned that the VW guys seem to like them.
