nice!! How do you like it? Im assuming it keeps up fine with the demand of the car.

I found out last night guys that I rushed a bit when I ordered my coil brackets. I ordered LS1 brackets and I have Ls2 coils. So I can try to make them work, BUT, I'll sell them to someone that wants to relocate there coils. Its what Ive posted above. If there's any interest just shoot me an email

I like the battery very much and have had no problems at all with it and it works great!

I do keep it on a 1.5 AMP battery tender, since our Vettes love to eat batteries no matter what make or brand or design

Thanks,Matt

This may seem a bit unorthodox but I've been trying to do benchmark tests to make sure I'm "on track". Sadly to say this morning did not go so well.

As far as I got:

The car I feel has a ground issue. I haven't given you guys the full low down but my car has been down for quite some time now. It has been a LONG time since I've had to reconnect things (over a year) I have a lot squared away but I may have missed something.

I can't remember the grounds on the side of the block and how they go, but that is one thing I'm unsure of.

The PCM has a VERY delayed start up. The car will get power and power up, but NOT the PCM (DIC even states No Comm.) but when the PCM dos get power and be ones live, as soon as I turn the key everything cuts off. I feel there is many variables in this but unsure where to start and where to look...

There is a MAJOR ground from the battery to the block just above the starter motor. Also a ground to the back of the driver's side head.

Check both of those and the ground blocks mounted on the frame rails behind the headlights.

Good luck! It's been a long haul.

Hey Kevin!!

I can tell you I've missed the one behind the driver head. I don't even remember there being one??

The major ground your referring to I think I'm missing as well!! The braided wire I had placed n the drivers side (is this correct?)

It's a flat brainded wire.. Kind of important. The battery runs to the block and the one on the driver's head passes the ground to the frame..

That intake is stupid as hell. Why try and reinvent the wheel?

Well my battery is in the trunk, but hopefully that has a good enough ground as well. (Grounded right to the frame)

Maybe I did get both of those

Edit: I found through Bill Curlee's electrical thread I missed white and black wire set that goes behind the head. (This should be fun)
Ill have to do that, I'll clean the other ground points and hope that's the issue. Hopefully it's not my battery relocation kit. (4ga. Wiring to the back, short 4ga. Wire to the frame for ground)

Can you elaborate? Lol it's a very efficient intake. Define what makes it stupid?

Any chance you could take a couple photos of the trimming you did when you had the Edelbrock intake on the car? I am curious how much needs to come out of the cowl area.

I still think I would run a large ground from the frame to the block.

Yea I can't do that. I was gonna set the pro flow on there but the harrop takes a lot of time to put on (until I find a quick way). Otherwise I'd like to show it with the pro-flow.

I just may do that

It's actually a c6 rollbar. By breathless performance products. I got it from a member here. If you have access to someone welding for you though I'd try wolferacecraft

I'm tested and CANNOT get spark. I have power to the coils but nothing after. I even switched to a stock plug wire, nothing.

I'm lost

Make sure your ground wire is attached at the back of the head -

Check for codes - see what they say and let us know - there should be something

I had my ground wire at the back of the head break off and lost all the coils at once -

Thanks,Matt
