2 Questions
I have a new to me 04Z. While installing a new shifter I found the panel holding the traction control button missing the clip on one side of the panel to hold it down. I have been unable to find just the clip. The dealer wants to sell me the complete panel.
Also the left door speaker, for a better term is weak. I need to turn the balance all most full left to get a balance on the front speakers. Is this a speaker problem or something else?

I can't help you with the speaker problem unless you want to buy a new set. I have a full set I'd be willing to sell. $40 +shipping for fronts only or $75 +shipping for front + rear.

Used OEM Bose door speakers are all over Ebay. You can pick up a pair of replacements for cheap. It sounds like your speaker may be blown.
As far as the TC panel is concerned;
If you do not end up finding a replacement clip, you can try Velcro or double sided tape to keep it in there.
