If you are really concerned, we can help you create some, but don't recommend it.
Once the codes are removed they are gone. If there is an issue you would need to start it/drive it and then pull the codes to see if something is going on.
Be happy, don't worry as the song says. Your day (codes) will come like everyone else.
I'm asking because I'm looking at buying a vette from a dealer, and this is the first time I've seen a 10 year old vette with no codes showing.

If you make a hearty and aggressive 20 min test drive, getting all temps up to max, there is a fair chance that any recently erased but unrepaired codes will magically reappear.
Barring that, GM can pull up their portion of any repairs made to that Vette.
FWIW, my car also had zero codes when delivered in 2011 with 19K miles.
Otherwise, old erased codes are gone forever. But, don't worry, sooner or later they will all come back to say "Welcome!"
Get a handheld scanner and check if the readiness tests are complete. If so all is well. If not it has recently been reset and I wouldnt buy it until they are complete.
