Default Someone from Texas Please help!

I am considering the purchase of a 2002 black Z06 that is for sale at a dealership in Lewisville, TX. I live in Missouri and it would be extremely hard for me to go see the car. This may be a stretch but I was wondering if anyone knew of someone that could do a private inspection for me or possibly go look at the car. Last thing I would want to do is drive down there and have the car be a complete lemon or ship it to my door and have it be a disaster. Can someone please help me with this? Any opinions/suggestions/or thoughts are much appreciated.

I am brand new to this forum and so far everyone has been great! This is my first corvette and I want to make sure I have a good experience. If anyone that has a Z06 in that area could just stop by and look at the car, listen to its engine, maybe test drive it, I would be extremely grateful!

Here is a link to the car. http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-s...44806354&Log=0

Thanks again!

Based on the pictures, the car looks very well kept. If it was here in Houston i would take a look at it for you. Check out the "southwest" section of the forum and post your thread in there. I'm sure somebody in the area could take a look at it for you. Good luck.

There is a service....do a "Google" secrch .....a company will inspect, take pictures and do a complete report. Visual and mechanical and post to the internet for you. I believe its between $99.00 to $199.00

P.S. Try either lemonsquad or auto inspection service.
