Default Back In The Game!

Hello all, just picked up a Machine Silver '04 ZO6 with 26K on the clock...

I previous owned a 2000 Pewter Coupe A4. Sold it almost 3 years ago. I used to spend an awful lot of time on here quite a few years back...

Anyways, I love the Z! Anything I should look out for in general with the Z, or general add ons or upgrades? Also, I'm spoiled with being able to plug my iPhone into the stereo of my '09 Silverado. Any suggestions on Stereo upgrades are welcome as well, I want newer Technology with an aux plug for the iPhone.

It's good to be back in the Corvette Family!

Thanks in advance!

Tim

Very sharp! Congrats! Lower it and tint the windows. Any stereo shop can run an ipod cable from your factory stereo for pretty cheap. Enjoy!

Congrats...

Is it modded?

Things I noticed offhand in the pic...

1. The tires don't look like the right profile for stock, what size are they?
2. Your fender badge seems off.

Thanks!

And yes, need to lower it for sure. Tint here in communist Cali is illegal in the front side windows of any rig, makes for a target to get pulled over although many still take the chance and tint. Thanks for the tip on the factory setup, didn't think it would accept an ipod cable.

No mods. And the tires are actually correct, not the best pic. Tires are Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport in 265/40/17 and 295/35/18...

Yeah, the badge looks like its a tad low and aft of where it should be.

Yep, good eyes both of you. Badges are too low and almost 4 inches too far back. I'm thinking the previous owner took them off or they were stolen, either way they were slapped back on without even getting close to the factory location. Something didn't quite look right, couldn't put a finger on it, now that bugs me. That will be fixed right away.

The car is not modded, but it does have an aftermarket catback system, GHL Bullets with Quad tips (the early style). I had these on my 2000 Coupe A4 and loved them...

Not going to do much to it, shorty antenna on order, and looking at a Kenwood double din deck from Double D Mods. Gotta have Bluetooth and Navigation...
