The Ball from eBay and the adaptor from Ecklers.

I was thinking about changing the shift **** on the A4 myself. I found these on eBay:
Satin:

Wood grain:

I'm figuring they just have a set screw/allen screw that holds in the shift **** and you swap it out, but that might be too easy.
Anyone have a link to directions on how to remove the stock leather A4 shift **** for an aftermarket ****? Any help would be great, thanks!
Jim

I wonder if you could fit a 1997 - 03 Grand Prix **** on there?

I have the satin one and really like it. You just remove the staple with a small screwdriver and the new one just remounts using the staple. I had to bend it slightly to add some tension but works flawlessly a year and a half later.

Not sure which gets hotter, that **** or the top of the steering wheel....I should break out the laser temp probe and check.
