My 2000 coupe with a "born-on date of 9/99," making it nearly 14 years old, has 86k+ and doesn't use a drop of oil between changes. It's a very welcome change compared to the cars I've owned in the past that left their very own snail trail everywhere they went. Now you know why cars are usually considered female.
Gosh, I sure hope you have changed the oil before now. If not it must be pretty thick by now and half a quart of fresh oil isn't going to thin it much at all.
