All but the MAF error are history codes, clear them and see if they re- occur. If they don't reappear go on your merry way.
Worst case, A BCM is pretty cheap, and the wiring harness too..
<<<I'm pretty experienced with restoring a flooded car. See picture, It's been running with no codes for 2 years now. They ain't as bad as most folks would like you to believe. Damage was almost identical to yours, about three inches in the floor boards.
