Looks good on 3 tail light vehicles but kinda BLAH on cars with 2 tail lights.
If you have 3 tail lights across it looks neat. My son's S197 Mustang has them and they look great. Was stopped by a local LEO and was accused of having "dazzling lights" whatever that means. The current Mustangs have factory "dazzling lights" installed.
The C5 or C6 has only 2 tail lights and from what I have seen the 2 light sequential flashing looks less than spectacular.
To each his own.
I would rather spend $100 on something that really improves the looks or function of my C5/

that's why i didn't do that mod...to me it only looks good with three or more lights, two just looks okay, you don't get the full effect though.
I had them on my 03. Eventually one stopped working. I checked it out and found the connections had deteriorated and crumbled. The car hadn't been in the rain but a few times at that point. I'm back to the stock setup now.
If you do it try to shrink wrap or otherwise waterproof the connectors. They are exposed to the elements between the rear tub and the body.
