That's mean spirited, at least let the owners think they have the baddest Corvette ever made on the planet for a little while. I plan on letting them "win" so they stand a little taller, chest puffs out a little more and they can talk smack.

you are a nice guy
I plan to leave them alone until provoked, then all bets are off

The paint hasn't even finished curing on the first deliveries. Do you honestly expect any of them to be at a track yet?

The first deliveries were about a week ago. Chances are not many are out playing at this point, and hopefully when they do, it will be at a track and not out on a public street where some innocent person could be injured.
With your car being supercharged, no doubt you should be able to take a C7 - but not sure how that is going to prove anything about the C7s capabilities. Go stock for stock, and see the results.
I went to autox with it. Probably will hit the 1/4 this weekend. I have plans the weekend after, but the one after that, so 3 weekends from now, ill probably hit the dyno and start tuning it. 30whp from an n/a motor on tune only is awesome. Gotta love DI.

Dunno how that gives a bad name or is crazy?
How dare you use the car for what it was intended for. It should be in bubble wrap in the heated and cooled garage and only pulled out in the driveway to hand glaze it, then right back in.......
well i apologize to all corvette owners for giving us a bad name ,(BN A LOSER AND ALL) i was just talking about a little spirited driving, track ,wherever , evendently MR BILL just putts around in his car and good for him , i like to drive mine as a sportscar . for that im sorry ,

have you looked at the forums already? They been at the drag and autocrossing, half mile and mile with vids check teh tech section ...They don't waste time.
You will have to be pretty modded to pull one so a modded car vs a stock car? I wouldn't brag about that IMO..now the C5z guys have a shot.
I'm guessing a cammed c5z would be a pretty good match for a tune only c7. Agree?
Coincidence, a buddy of mine was driving to a Taekwondo Tournament and then drove to visit me for the weekend. He has a 2001 Z06 with a 228r 112lsa cam in it with a forged bottom end and headers with stock ls6 intake and such (dyno's 395rwhp) and he ran into a stock C7 on the interstate on his way here and he said he put a car or so on it from a 60 roll. Very little modding and the c7 probably would have edged him. The c7's are going to be great cars!

It isn't how one drives, It is how one comes across, And you saying I want to show them is what I am talking about.

Uh oh, that's pretty much my exact set up. Looks like heads and a fast are going to be necessary to keep up with a bolt on lt1.
