Congratulations. I don't think you will miss the C4.
I haven't had my c5 for so long, but think it is great fun for a car.
i once tried to buy a C4 when they were rejected by the marketplace, and almost killed the product line. Glad the dealer didn't want to meet my price, as I knew nothing about the car beyond it had leather seats.
I now realize I would not have been happy with the car.
I like a lot of things about the c5 design, one being that it is the first modern corvette design, the first attempt to make a real sports car at the end of the gas engine era. So as these top of the market type cars are replaced by electrics, I have a nice convertible example of GM's first, and perhaps for now, best attempt to go world market with a gas performance car.
PLus the perspective from the driver's seat looks like a grown up version of the outlook from behind the windshield of the cars used in the Autorama ride at Disneyland. As viewed by a young child many years ago. Life is good.
be careful with the fuzzy dice... some people might give you a hard time
enjoy
I was just kidding about the fuzzy dice. I am thinking about getting one of those driving hats that hold two beers with flexible drinking tubes. That would allow me to keep both hands on the wheel and eyes on the road.
