The headers are 3" but the two items that look like catalytic converters in MartyMars pics are actually resonators and they neck down to 2.5" and they bolt onto the headers. The whole x-pipe is 2.5".

absolutely, they look night and day different
side note : aftermarket cats do not live as long as OEM and do not do well with rich tunes. they melt from gas entering the exhaust. OE cats resist this much better

These resonators are shaped like the cats and in the same spot as well. Normally I would agree they look night and day different, but not in the case of these obx header systems.
Heck, they wont pass emissions anyway, so it doesnt matter for me. I just thought they might pass the visual inspection. thanks
