Driving the Vette!

I also knew you (the OP) would get a little jazzing from a few, for driving your Vette in 'bad weather'.
But with that said, how many of us have stood in the garage, beside the C5, with keys in hand, gazing at the skies wondering if it will rain.... and should I take the Corvette, or not; in case of rain, or ..............

My guess is most of of us have.... And when we decide to take instead, 'the other car', it's just not a fun trip, it's just a trip, to where ever. Or, at times, I've walked back into the house, not gone anywhere at all, and kind of pouted like a child, because I 'could not' drive my Corvette. "I'll show 'em, I"ll just stay home".....

Sound familiar ???
I would never drive mine, on salty roads. But, alass, when I found myself out in the rain and other weather; my C5 seems to do just fine. And upon arriving back home, I just can't relax until I've done my due diligence, and cleaned it up.
So, to the OP, I get your question to start the thread. Most of us been there, and done that. And; aren't we all a peculiar lot, in how we respond to it, with these amazing cars we all love?
