Any shots directly from behind the car, like 10-15ft back?

I notice that on the C5's, sometimes the front wheel lips look very "flat" (no dish on the wheel). Also, some guys prefer 17's and some guys prefer 18's. I know that stock Z06 rear wheels are 18", yet I've seen some absolutely beautiful C5 Z06 with 17" rear CCW Classics. Needless to say, I'm confused!

The torch red car immediately below appears to be close to stock ride height (or possibly slightly lowered on stock bolts), and the rears appear to stick out past the fender lips ~1/4", yet I think the car is drop dead gorgeous. Nothing like a torch red z06 on polished race classics.

So my question is, what offsets and diameters are ya'll running. Lowered (and if so how much), or stock ride height? What tire sizes? Knowing how much time and energy I spent on nailing the right look and fitment on my fox body, I'd like to tap into the knowledge on this forum to nail the look on my C5 the first time.

This car, I think? is stock ride height and running 17" Classics front and rear. My favorite C5 Z06 ever. I hope the owners of these cars are ok with me posting pics, otherwise please pm me and I will edit.

Meanwhile this car appears to be running 18's and I would assume the rear wheel offsets are not placing the tire past the edge of the fender:

I'm guessing 17's on this one:

This one looks like it has 17's front, and 18's rear

The front wheels on this one look flatter than other Classics I've seen? Maybe it's just the angle?

Something about this one isn't right... tires too thin? Not lowered enough? Outer shells too thin?

This one looks aggressive, but I'm guessing that sometimes the front wheels are spec'ed "flatter" in case big brakes like the AP's are being used?

Appears the owner went 18" front and rear, but with shorter tires up front:

Lastly, this car looks like the front wheels aren't as "flat" :

Any insight ya'll can provide would be great! It seems that calling up CCW and saying "I'd like CCW Classics for a C5" isn't that simple. You really need to do your homework in order to nail the stance and aggressiveness that you're looking for. Some prefer slammed to the weeds, others prefer stock ride height.
Actually ordering Classics IS simple. You call up and ask for John. Tell him what you are looking for and he tells you what fits. My car is the red Z06 with plate "THINK2X" when you scroll down, also post #6. I called and told him I wanted the widest wheel that will fit without sticking out past the fender edge. I also intended to run 18" tires front and rear. You cannot run big brakes with Classics unless you run spacers which will make them stick out. The wheels are not completely flat, there is a little offset up front and a little more in the rear. If you want more without flaring your fenders, you will have your wheels sticking out of the fenders. Mine are exactly even with the edge of the body. The roundness of the tire can be seen sticking out a little. I don't know the back space measurement, I just let John spec it out for me and it came out right. I will say one thing if you're on the fence about these wheels. I have never owned a car that got more comments on the wheels than these. Not from just car people, but everybody makes positive comments on how outstanding they look. The wow factor when polished and in the sun is amazing. Plus 18's are the perfect size for the car, ride and handling wise. The classics were originally designed for Corvette track cars and were modded by CCW for the street. BTW, my car is lowered on stock bolts all the way and I cut the front bushings. Just doesn't look that way in the photos.

Bumping this. Looking at possibly getting the new 19" Classics. Trouble is that there are very few out in the wild, so its hard to try and visualize what they would look like. I'd do 18", but I want to ensure I get a more aggressive fitment with more lip and not "flat" looking as mentioned previously. I am going to do gloss black hoops and matte centers.

One thing a lot of C5 guys don't and still haven't understood is that the C5 doesn't allow for aggressive offsets and wheels. Hence why the "proper" sizes look flat...

Proper C5 Classics, I believe allow for a 1" lip up front and 2" in the rear..even then the 2" rear (big street classics) still sit a TAD outside the fender with the "proper" sized tire lol

That's my old silver coupe pictured above.

Here are more angles so you can see how agressive they were...

Thanks. I understand the limitations of the C5 and aggressive offsets. I already have a set of CCW T10's, which are able to have a slightly larger lip, and do stick out a bit, which I'm ok with. Thanks for the info on your lip sizes. Any thoughts on the 18's clearing a 14" rotor in the rear(eradispeed plus 2)?

IMO, probably no problem with the 14" rotors. The stock ones look a little small inside the 18" rears. I've thought about those rotors myself but it's not a priority at this time. I've got other mods in mind first. Besides, the car doesn't need more braking in the rear unless you've increased the front braking ability first.

Yea- I've got the Eradispeeds in the front as well, but those arent as big as the 14" rear. Thanks for your help- I think I have what I need.

Need some of you guys to get with a photographer and shoot your cars. Cellphone quality isn't cutting it. If any of you are in the TN or KY area I can help with that :P.

I'll be getting my fronts on Wednesday hopefully I can find some rears soon.

Bump! Mobius and Neil B's cars are the best looking of all the cars posted. Same look ill be going for. That stretched look is not tasteful imo. Looks like a tuner car.

My 02 Z has 19x10 fronts and 19x11's on it. Offset on the 19x10's is +57 (7.75" backspace) and offset on the 19x11's is +54 (8.125" backspace).
Here's what the rears look like, with 295/35/19 BFG's. My plan is to go with 305/30/19's, this time. Not sure a 325 would fit well.

Hoping to revive this thread with some more pics as OP's nine-year-old pics are no longer viewable. If I can get over what they cost, I'm planning on ordering a set of Classics in the next week or so and would like to see more pics of them, especially on cars with stock suspension setups. My planned sizing is 18x9.5 +50 (275/35) front and 18x10.5 +55 (305/35) rear. I originally wanted +55 on both, but was recently told +55 on front wouldn't clear the brake caliper.

Anyway, would love to see as many pics of CCW Classic setups as possible, and please include wheel size, tire size, and offset.
