I did a chrome wheel exchange when I had my '99 coupe. I did it through Ecklers and was very pleased with the whole process. You can check with them or maybe even West Coast Corvettes (I think they did it at one time).

Go up top of this forum, select stores and follow that. West coast corv. Has a chrome wheel exchange program. I believe it was around 600 bucks after your core wheel refund. Check it out
