Skip Shift Eliminator

Default Skip Shift Eliminator
I have a C5 want to get a skip shift eliminator to get rid of the 1 to 4 shift, are they all the same or is one product better than the other? Any recommendation of which product to buy would be appreciated.

It's just a 220ohm resistor in a weather pac plug.

The one from Compliance Parts is supposed to eliminate the light as well as the shift blocking. The others bypass the shift blocking but the light on the dash still comes on.

PS OP, Thanks for asking the question. It never occurred to me to ask and I never thought about disabling the light too.
