Default For the "column lock" record

I just wanted to say that I've had multiple issues with this and am extremely happy with Richard from Compliance Parts.

IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH A STEERING COLUMN LOCK OR PULL KEY WAIT 10 SECONDS MESSAGE AND YOU DO NOT CALL RICHARD AT COMPLIANT PARTS YOU ARE ALREADY DOING IT WRONG!!! HIS NUMBER IS 855-565-8388.

The LMC5 is an amazing product only to be outdone by the service of Richard and the company. It is very rare that you will come across this level of service in any industry. The genuine attention to your issue will impress you.

Stand up guy and product. Reaffirms what I already knew; the steering column lock issue sucks and only good things come out of Malibu.

Thanks Richard,

-Doug

Just installed their LMC5 and skip shift kit this week. Both working great. I really appreciated the nice printed (color) instructions that came with it. Seems like many will skimp on stuff like this for small, cheap kits.

Installed the LMC5 and kept getting pull key, called and talked to them today and he is sending me out a replacement with a update for mine, great people over there and wish they sold more goodies because there the type I like to give money to.

I put in an LMC 5 a couple of weeks ago despite my car having no issues at all just as a preventitive measure. The second and 5th time I started it I got the pull key and wait message....I got nervous. It hasn't done it the last 5 times so we shall see. Either way, its nice to know the vendor is the king of support!

Because of that, I just ordered the CAGS bypass from him as well. Simple, no BS products, FAIR PRICING, GREAT instructions and support after the sale. That's near impossible to find now a days!

Mine did not have any issues either, so when I installed it and I got the pull key I was like ....But he said sometimes it happens and he has another unit to fix it, so he is sending it to me free of charge.

Best customer service I have ever had

Default C5 column lock issues

Have had issues off and on for years... Finally talked with Richard, and wish I had done so long ago! His knowledge of the C5 is undisputable, and unparalleled in my experience! He took the time to listen and asked all of the pertinent questions. If you own a C5, do yourself a huge favor and call him ASAP at (855) 565-8388... He has the answers, as well as the Solution to this very frustrating flaw in the C5 that so many of us love dearly! Richard should be your first call when this situation arises!!! At $43.00, shipped to my door....! Almost speechless!!!

Regards,

Marc Rud

Glad to hear other's have had a positive experience. This is a fickle issue and even if you have had a hiccup in the solution with Richard, it will be resolved, no questions asked.

GM should have some female interns give him a reach around weekly for keeping us happy over this.
