He is unfortunately correct. Someone has cut off the back part of the bezel that holds the ash tray. You will need to locate a replacement bezel to fix this. They can be difficult to find at times and are generally a bit expensive.

Yeah, I see the wire to the cigar port has been cut as well. Guess I'll have to buy the whole assembly Not ideal.

Since I'm not a smoker, if I were in your situation, I'd put in a panel with (1) two switches for seat heaters and (2) a button for the garage door opener.

Or install a boost gauge: it'll give you an excuse to get a supercharger.

lol. would be a good idea if I had an electric garage door opener and seat heaters!
