REMOTE CD CHANGER INSTALLATION?
Does a 2002 Z06 have the same connections to install the same CD changer as was installed on me 98 coupe? Can I get the same CD Changer and install it in my 2002 Z? If not have any of you installed an after market unit that works well with the stock system. Please let me know. I miss the 12 CD selections!!!! :(

Great ? I am considering installing one of the 6 cd changer (mp3) player for the trunk, does the Z06 have the connector in the trunk like the fbodies do?

Both of the connectors are there for the cd changer. They are located in the passengers lower right corner footwell. All you need is the cd changer, harness, and mounting bracket. I mounted my cd changer behind the passenger seat on the aft side of that ridge facing the driver side. That way I can access it while driving. The stock radio will operate the changer perfectly. If anyone is looking for a stock changer I have one that I took out of my 2001 and I am looking to sell it. Plugs right in and works great. Looking for $380 + Shipping. :cool:

What CD changer that plays MP3's did you find that will work with the stock Bose CD Head unit???
