C5 vs C7
Saw a white one parked at a dealer lot today and couldnt resist parking next to him to compare......
Sorry for the awful pictures... my camera screen broke and I dont feel like replacing my phone
It isnt until theyre parked side by side is when you realize how much sleeker the front end of the C5 is...
And also how off white Speedway white is next to Arctic White..

I was thinking the same thing on the sleekness of the nose of the C5 before I read your comment. Should be more aerodynamic than the C7.

It would be about a $45K decision.. to sell mine.. buy a C7 and get it to the power level of my heads/cam LS7.
No thanks

Dude your SW Z06 looks 100x better hands down. Personally the C7 appearance and body lines don't get my attention.

Just make sure the owner doesn't see you cause you'll instantly make him dislike his car!!

Love the new C7, but the C5 design is timeless.
You have a sweet looking C5 for sure!

ugly next to beautiful, will let you decide which is which. great comparison however, white and white really lets you compare the two without distraction of color.

imo the c7 is only for the cool kids that have to have the newest car available with all the extra unnecessary technology and the need to flaunt how much they paid for it (like that is actually cool
)... keep the c5 and show that smug grinning c7 your tailligjts

Unfortunately for those who enjoy sleek cars, the bumper designs of current cars are massively compromised by frontal pedestrian impact regulations

I didn't know that about frontal pedestrian impact regulations...federal gub'ment protecting us from ourselves again, LOL. I'm no engineer but if I was a pedestrian going to get by a C5 or C7 I'd rather be hit by the C5...better chance to lay across the hood!
IMHO the C7 stance reminds me of a full scale slot car from my childhood slot car racetrack. Overall, I love the power, and while there can never be enough HP, I think there is too much technology, inside and out.

and it's the.....C5 for the win!!!!!
Sat in a 14' last week not impressed it's def. smaller interior. When I had my 07' Z that I had to have, less than 2 years later I sold it and went back to a C5. I don't know just something about them!!!
By the way nice looking SW!!!!
