Photo request - Front bumper mesh inserts, at night.
So I'm considering buying some mesh inserts/screens for the fog light area on my car. Maybe the rear vents too.
But anyway, I'm wondering what it will look like from the front at night while the fog lights are on. How much light will they block and will it look weird?
Well you guys that have them, if you have any photos of them at night with the fog lights on, please share.
If I remember I will snap a picture later tonight. I have a set of Racemesh fog light screens that I never installed so I can take a picture with one screen set in place to show the difference, if any.
I think more important than the screens are the actual fog lights you are using. I installed HID fogs and they are fantastic. Combined with my LED switchback corners, they basically serve as secondary driving lights at dusk and then when it turns dark, I turn on/flip up my ACA HIDs (similar to Toque's set up).
By comparison, the OEM halogen fogs have the light output of a weak flashlight.

I agree. I have HIDs and they are much brighter than stock.

I sure do....
Which reminds me... I forgot I had this old pic on there.
This was years before I installed my Bi-Xenon headlights .
But you can see the fog lights thru the grills though at night.

Very nice, thanks for the photo. They look great on your car. Nice color.

Below are the pics I referenced. As you can see, very little difference with the screens installed. If anything, it looks like the Racemesh screens reflects some of the light so that the entire cove lights up.
