Nitto makes a good tire. I really enjoyed the Invos and 555R2s (track).

Your setup will be fine for the street, I would be cautious doing any track days. The rear tires will have more grip than the fronts.

I run the NT05 all around, 255/40/17 in front. Works well.

I have the NT555 on the rear of mine that replaced the stock Goodyear run flats. They stick great, manage well in the rain, and are nice and quiet.

How would you guy compare the nitto 555r to say a Mickey et streets as far as grip wise? All my stuff is from a roll 1st second and some of third is useless.

Can't compare them.
But I can say that the grip is superb with the TC off. (04 Z)

I love ET Streets because they are light and comfy to drive on, but I don't leave them on long (only a short time after after a few passes at the track). The shallow grooves wear quickly and will not expel water so you are basically driving on slicks which would be very dangerous if caught in rain. Also, they are illegal as street tires because they are basically slicks. The Nittos have a lot more tread and look like a real nice street tire. The review I read sounds like you are not really suppose to leave them on all the time but they actually look fine for the street. I also like the new MT tires that are out. (Forget the name of them at the moment, though..)
