I have 1999 c5 with a problem that's driving me crazy and would appreciate any info. While driving normal at about 60 mph I completely lost power in all four left side coils, the car still runs but only on the right four cylinders. don't know what to do, any suggestions or primer problems like this? Also checked and all coils are good. Thanks

Yes, Pull your codes, The C5 has what is called limp mode that will let you drive the car to a safe spot when an issue shows up, Not sure how it works or if it cuts off the 4 coils or what, But it is something to look into. The codes will tell you what is up and the C5 has a built in code reader.
Read your codes and post them up, H is history and C is current.

Thanks for the info, I traced it down to a 15a fuse, I replaced it and it ran great for about five minutes and blew the fuse again. There's one fuse for each bank of injecters and it keeps blowing the left side, any thoughts?
I think there's been a problem with the coil pak's wiring harness that can cause this. I think there's a place that can rub through the wire, near the fuel rail. Bill Curlee would probably know.
Thank everybody for all your help! my problem was a short in the wiring harness that goes to the injecters back by the firewall where it turns and is against a bracket. it wore a tiny place just enough to touch and blow the fuse. all you c5 owners make a note. This is the greatest site ever!!!!

Just saw this now.
I was actually going to suggest you look at the harness at the fireawall (bracket rubbing harness issue)
Since you said the LEFT side that got me thinking.
I have heard of this issue before
