I played around with the ride height until the space over the tires was about the same as the gaps front and rear between the tires and the wheel wells. To me, it just looks "right", not slammed or anything silly. Plus, 18/19's are not so big that it looks like the brake rotors are way too small, which pushes you to go for bigger brakes, etc.

Default New Tires

I went with the Bridgestone RE-11 and couldn't be happier. They are definitely on the aggressive side of the spectrum with a 200 treadwear rating but they changed the personality of the car by light years. I literally can hammer the throttle in a corner and she just sticks and moves!

Downside to this option is the wear as I was advised not to expect more then about 15K-18K miles before they will need replacing.

Whatever you decide on, have fun and enjoy the new shoes.
